Human Resources Intern (12 Months Internship)
Location: Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa
Closing Date: 10 August 2022
Main Purpose of the Job:
- To assist with providing Human Resource services, inclusive of all Human Resources Disciplines
Key Performance Areas:
- Facilitate the recruitment and selection process within the unit in conjunction with the relevant line managers
- Provide advice and facilitation of all facets of industrial relations, inclusive of scheduling disciplinary inquiries, grievances, and operational requirements
- Provide advice and facilitation of the performance management process within the unit, inclusive of probation, performance appraisals, and poor work performance counseling
- Generate all required HR administration within deadlines
Required Minimum Education and Training:
- Human Resources Degree/Diploma
Required Minimum Work Experience:
- A minimum of one year of working experience in a Human Resources Generalist role will be advantageous
Intern (Grant Accountant)
Location: Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa
Closing Date: 12 August 2022
Main Purpose of the Job:
- Assist with the administration of financial and grant management of grant-funded projects
Key Performance Areas:
- Ensure adherence to the financial policies and procedures
- Effective review and approval of general ledger entries, journal entries, audit files, and balance sheet reconciliations
- Budget preparation and management
- Provide financial advice
- Compile accurate and comprehensive financial and donor reports
- Liaison with all relevant stakeholders
- Effective compliance with donor requirements
- Effective self-management
Required Minimum Education and Training:
- BCom Accounting
