Job Title: IT Infrastructure Intern (Pinelands)

The successful candidate will install, maintain and support the End User Computing Environment (including desktops, laptops, IT peripherals and VoiP phones) while being exposed to backend IT infrastructure (virtual technology, networks, storage, etc).
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, Install, Support and Maintain IT infrastructure
- Attend to and resolve IT Calls logged within the specified SLAs, while aiming to minimise operational impact or downtime
- Perform preventative maintenance of IT Infrastructure and related IT Peripherals
- Provide after-hours support on a rotational basis to resolve incidents
Minimum Requirements:
- SA Citizen with recently completed National Diploma / Degree in Information Systems
- Code B Drivers’ License without endorsements is essential
- Microsoft, A+, or N+ certification advantageous
- Experience with Microsoft Windows and office applications
- Knowledge of desktops/laptops and peripheral hardware
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
