We are looking to employ an organised and energetic individual to provide administrative support to the People Operations Department.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting the People Operations team with all administration, which will include:
- Administration and coordination of all staff files
- Updating the company’s internal platform with updated policies
- Assist with induction and orientation of new staff, compiling welcome and starter packs
- Assist with recruitment administration on monthly basis
- Ensure that all filing and archiving is up-to-date
- Processing of training invoices for payment
- Coordination of internal and external training
- Assist with preparing and compiling interview packs
- Reminding line managers of new employee start dates
- Maintain the People Operations calendar and assist the Head of People with the scheduling of various programs
- Assist with ensuring timeous submission of new employee information packs to payroll programs
Requirements:
- No previous HR/People Operations experience required
- Matric
- Diploma or Degree in HR essential
- Must be a curious individual who enjoys learning
