Operations Intern
Operations are the heart and soul of Uber. These teams are bridging the gap between the virtual and the physical world every day on the streets of our city by enabling movement. Movement of people, things, food, and more. We are looking for highly motivated problem-solvers who are passionate about Operations. You will work alongside Operations Managers and partner with teams across our Mobility or Delivery organisation.
Eligibility:
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program for the full duration of the internship
- Available to start on March 20th, 2023 and work full-time for 6 months
- Work authorisation in the Johannesburg – No visa sponsorship is available for internships
MBA Intern
Uber MBA Interns come to the company for the summer and own specific projects based on the challenges the business is facing in the region. Our Internship opportunities are offered within Operations, a team passionate about growing and improving our business across EMEA. Including our technological platform services connected to ridesharing services, scaling our delivery business, and the expansion of new modalities – this team is on the front lines of growing Uber in the region!
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in an MBA program, returning to the program upon completion of the internship
- Availability to work 3 months full time starting June-July 2023
- Work authorisation in South Africa – No visa sponsorship is available for internships
- Written and spoken proficiency in English
