Our company is looking to recruit a suitably qualified Intern to join our dynamic team.
Key Areas Of Learning and Development:
Assisting Union officials in;-
- Representation of members in grievances, disciplinary hearings, conciliations and arbitrations;
- Communicating with members;
- Recruiting of members for UASA in terms of specific targets.
- Promoting the image, functions and purpose of UASA The Union;
- Consulting with Employers on behalf of Members;
- Regular assessments
The performance of the Intern will be assessed on a three (3) month basis as required by Services SETA.
Qualifications:
- Graduates from HET Institutions with full Qualifications at NQF Level 5 and above
Competencies:
- Ability to work in a team;
- Good listening and communication skills;
- Target driven;
- Excellent time management skills;
- Ability to work in a diverse working environment.
