In June 1940, 52 members of the Piet Retief Wattle Growers and Timber Association, with a total membership of 114, and owning over 40 000 acres (16 000 ha) of wattle plantations, met with the aim of registering their association as a co-operative. The Transvaal Wattle Growers Co-operative Agricultural Company Limited was registered on 21 June 1940.

Job Description
TWK Agri with its head office in Piet Retief, Mpumalanga and branch in Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal is calling on all self motivated and dynamic 2020/2021 graduates to apply for a Graduate Trainee position.
This programme is aimed to offer unemployed graduates an opportunity to acquire practical work experience through mentorship and exposure in your graduate field.
