We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our team. As a Human Resources Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and HR administration.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support HR team in conducting new hire orientations and onboarding activities.
- Assist with employee relations matters, including conducting investigations and documenting employee issues.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating training and development programs for employees.
- Help maintain HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in;-
- Human Resources Management,
- Business Administration,
- Or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
