Assist the global health team and others in supporting knowledge management data and information sourcing across Aurum’s divisions, participate in development of theories of change, and support data collection for communications infographics and dashboard activities.
Technical Responsibilities:
- Roles will vary and may include administration, generating theories of change, background research for business development, literature review, report writing and data collection.
- Organise stakeholder meetings
- Coordinate across divisions for varying tasks
- Support data collection activities
- Conduct and document data analysis
- Report writing
- Participate in weekly Program Team staff meetings, including provision of work-related updates.
- Support proposal development process with compiling support documents.
- From time to time, you will be required to complete tasks that fall outside your job description as per request by your line-manager.
- Conduct and document valid data analysis research.
- Learn technical best practices through mentoring and knowledge transfer.
Qualifications:
- Complete Public Health Degree
Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook (Intermediate to Advanced capability)
- Professional, flexible, and a can-do attitude
- Essential skills for consideration include a highly tuned detail orientation and a process and system mindset (Attention to detail & deadline driven)
- Ability to multitask ability to work across teams and individuals in a collaborative manner.
- Inter-personal skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills proficiency in thinking on one’s feet and arriving at solutions that benefit the organisation.
- Time management managing the various priorities in an effective and efficient way.
