Applications are invited from interested unemployed students, graduates and post-graduates who want to be part of the exciting Technology Innovation Agency’s Internship Program in partnership with Energy and Water SETA (EWSETA).
Purpose of the Internship is to:
- Develop a pool of young Critical Thinkers and provide skills that will stimulate innovation provide life skills and work readiness (Basic Business, Technical and Life Skills Training) through mentorship.
- Provide workplace experience to graduates allowing them practical exposure to their academic training, enhancing their employability
Successful interns will be placed nationally across various TIA Offices, Platforms and TIA host companies.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The Intern’s responsibilities will include amongst others to assist and support research, administration and project management activities within the project, Industry or Business Units and sector where they will be placed.
Requirements:
South Africans, with national certificate (or P1/P2), looking for work integrated learning (WIL), diploma, university graduates or post-graduates in the following categories are eligible to apply: (Candidates with disabilities are encouraged to apply).
- 001 Internship – Matric + 1-to-2-year Certificate (or P1/P2) or Diploma;
- 002 Internship – Degree, BTech or Advanced Diploma or Post Graduate up to Masters;
