Customer Service Graduate
Location: Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa
Key Performance areas:
- Manage all customer emails and telephone calls within the required response times.
- Process all customer orders within 24 hours to meet customer’s SLA and expectations.
- Enter all transactions accurately first time and ensure delivery of product within time frames as stipulated by the customer to meet customer expectations.
- Ability to prioritize and plan daily workload to meet customer expectations and departmental goals and objectives.
- Ensure good document management and adherence to all document control regulations.
- Develop strong relationships with customers and provide positive and professional customer service and support.
- Respond to customer’s enquiries and manage disputes within the required response time.
- Use initiative and be proactive in resolving customer queries promptly. Seek assistance from Team lead when needed to determine appropriate solution.
- Utilize all customer & external third party systems/ portals as required in order to perform daily duties.
- Foster strong relationships with Sales and Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics and Warehouse staff.
- Collaborate with colleagues and ensure cross skilling and best practice sharing on a continuous basis.
- Assist with supplying data for daily/weekly/ monthly management reports as required.
- Establish a professional image on behalf of the department and company.
- Attend all relevant training sessions as required and develop skill sets and knowledge.
Requirements:

Sales Graduate: Trauma
Location: Westville, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa
The role forms part of the Trauma Sales Division and in this internship, you will work directly with the team to provide professional services to our customers, primarily Orthopaedic surgeons, in the Durban area. One of the highlights of being on this programme is spending time in theatre providing technical information and guidance in the usage of our products during live surgery.
What will you need to be successful?

- Learning the efficiencies of surgical technique and the sales products.
- Shadowing and Support of the Sales Team

Supply Chain Graduate
Location: Johannesburg, Gauteng & Cape Town, Western Cape – South Africa
The role is responsible for all functions related to Loan set/Inventory management. This involves kit preparation, kit filling, kit maintenance, washing of instrumentation, checking of instrumentation, ordering of inventory for loan set requirements, as well as reverse logistics and ensuring physical checking of all returns and updating on the computer system.
What will you need to be successful?
- Loan set and inventory Management
- Capturing of inter-depot stock transfers.
- Collation and filing of all relevant documentation.
- Procurement of stock from other depots.
- Analyse depot IDT requirements before releasing pick lists-consignment, shelf orders and returns
- Case preparation picking and packing of loan sets
- Ensuring that loan sets are complete and accurate for customer delivery.
- ensure that deliveries take place on schedule.
- Quality inspects all items to ensure that they are in working condition.
- To ensure that Safety Stock levels are maintained.
- Ensure accurate sanitization of sets on return from the various medical facilities
Successful candidates would need the following:
- Matric Qualification
- Supply Degree or Diploma
- Minimum of 3 years in a similar role
