The following Internship Opportunities are open for applications:
Finance Intern
Location: Stanger/KwaDukuza, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa
Our company is looking for a potential candidate to join our Finance team for a 12 months internship based at our Head Office.
Duties & Responsibilities:
The Finance Intern will gain exposure to the processing and reconciliation of all documents for payments, and to provide support to the Finance Department with all creditors /accounts payable and related tasks.
The Finance intern will be responsible for assisting the Department with day-to-day finance functions, and will be responsible for capturing invoices received, and analysing the current credit data and financial statement.
Desired Experience & Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree/ BCompt in Finance / Accounting
- South African citizen
- Valid Driver’s license and preferably own vehicle
- No experience required
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles
- Computer literate with good excel skills
- Knowledge of Xero will be an added advantage
IT Intern
Location: Stanger/KwaDukuza, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa
An opportunity has arisen within the business for an IT Intern Support Technician.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- The successful incumbent will be responsible for supporting the businesses IT function effectively. Duties and responsibilities include but are not necessarily limited to the following:
- GAAP Point of Sale (POS) support.
- Installation and Maintenance of IT infrastructure such as computers, software, wifi, and networks.
- Ensure Anti-Virus measures are maintained.
- Desktop support function i.e. Windows, Excel, Word, Outlook etc.
Desired Experience & Qualification:
- Matric.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology.
- Experience with GAAP point of sales is required.
- 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar environment.
- A dynamic, proactive, trustworthy, and hardworking individual.
Interns required in the Fast-Food/Hospitality Sector
Location: KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa
The Company is looking to give opportunities to Interns to work at our stores, and to grow and develop along the line. Training will be provided. We have stores in the following areas: Kwadakuza, Kranskop, Shaka’s Kraal, Estcourt, Mpophomeni, Dalton, La Lucia, Winterton, Wartburg, Umgababa and Umkumaas.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Duties and responsibilities will relate to the various functions required at a KFC such as cooking, serving customers and taking orders, packing food, dealing with stock, cleaning, etc. We are looking for employees who can grow in the business into a Managerial position.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric with a Diploma in either Hospitality or Food and Nutrician.
- A test will be administered that requires a pass rate.
Required Competencies:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
