We are looking to employ an enthusiastic and driven HR intern to assist our HR department with administrative and HR-related tasks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
- Minimum 1 year work experience required.
- Strong administration skills.
- Proven experience working in an office environment.
- Knowledge of South African labour laws.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- The ability to work as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Detail-oriented.
Responsibilities:
- Work proactively with other team members within the HR organisation.
- Prioritize activities for the best interest of the team when working on joint projects.
- Handle client requests and deliver quality solutions if able to or escalate the request to a more senior team member.
