Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
- Accounts Receivable is responsible to ensure correct allocations on debtor’s accounts and follow up on unapplied and unapplied receipts.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Collaboration and information sharing with FSSC , Local Finance Business operations.
- Follow up on unapplied receipts with Business and Customers
- Liaise with the Bank on unidentified receipts
- Assist with Internal/ External Audits
- Adhere to all quality and safety requirements of the SGS management system.
- Perform any other reasonable tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Be a South African citizen (be able to produce a valid South African ID document)
- Be between the ages of 18-30
- Must be currently unemployed
- Must have no criminal record
Qualifications:
- Minimum Grade 12
- Finance or Business Admin qualification
- Computer Literacy in word and excel
Skills:
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders
- Basic understanding in finance
- Languages: Proficiency in English (Read, speak and write)
- Ability to Work under pressure.
