The Small Enterprise Development Agency invites unemployed graduates to apply for a 12-month Graduate / Internship Programme 2023 / 2024.

Job Title: Branch Administrator Intern
Job Type: Graduate Internship
Salary: R5 000.00 monthly stipend
Location: Khayelitsha Branch, Western Cape, South Africa
Closing Date: 07 March 2023
Main Purpose of the Job:
To provide reception duties, welcome visitors/clients and perform specified administrative duties.
Key Performance Areas:
- Manage Switchboard and Reception area
- Provide asset management, implement effective filing system in the Branch including management of pool vehicle
- Provide administrative services and handle face-to-face enquiries from visitors
Qualifications:
- Matric (Level 4)/Grade 12
- A Three (3) Year Qualification in;-
- Business Administration,
- Business Management,
- Office Technology or
- Secretarial Diploma (NQF Level 6)
Critical Competencies:
- Planning and organising skills
- Strong communication skills, ability to interact productively with Managers, peers, and subordinates
- Attention to detail
- Proficient in the use of computers, including accounting software, database software, document management software, and Microsoft Office packages
- Prior secretarial experience preferred ,but not required
- Performance orientation
- Excellent time management
- Integrity
- Interpersonal skills
- Professionalism
