We are looking for a Recruitment Intern to perform various administrative tasks and support Team Recruitment in their daily activities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
As an intern, you will have the following duties and responsibilities:
- Advertising of vacancies
- Drafting and posting of vacancies online
- Actively sourcing candidates according to the job spec within targeted times (Headhunting)
- Requesting details from shortlisted candidates and conducting intro calls
- Providing recruitment administrative support to the team
- Updating job portals and responding to candidates efficiently
- Schedule interviews with Team Recruitment, Hiring Managers and shortlisted candidates
- Provide the necessary information on shortlisted candidates to the Recruitment Team to share with Hiring Managers (Recruitment Pack)
- Conduct reference checks on successful candidates
- Following up with candidates to confirm scheduled interviews
- Update the recruitment tracker on a daily basis
- Ensure administrative support duties for the Recruitment Team is conducted accurately and efficiently
- Data capturing for Payroll
Requirements:

- Diploma in HR Management (Advantageous)
- An understanding of recruitment and selection
- Understanding the candidate journey and advertising strategies (Advantageous)
- Social media savvy
- Strong time management skills
- Excellent Computer Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
