The intern will actively support and contribute to community related projects under supervision of an assigned mentor in the Training Department.
Key Performance Areas:
- Assist and support candidates in identifying skills and key achievements required for a particular position
- Advice about where to look for a job to community members and graduates
- Assist candidates in using various platforms for job searching
- Assist community members, graduates and job seekers on how to write a CV
- Develop and provide examples of CV’s for job seekers
- Participate in other departmental training functions
Requirements:
- HR related Diploma/Training Diploma
- South African citizen
- South African ID
- Computer skills (MS Office Proficient)
- Good report writing skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent administration skills
