The successful candidate will be provided with relevant workplace skills and experience in order to prepare the learner for the job market, the development and training areas will include but not limited to the below;
- Prepare Business Correspondence and Records:
- Support department with business communication, in whatever format as required.
- Typing of memo’s and letters as required. Capturing of SMME information on CRM
- Compilation of SMME attendance registers as well as Compliance data.
- Capturing documents on the documents managing system and archiving documents.
- Ensure that all filing is completed within the agreed time frame and according to RBIDZ document management systems.
- Provide information on services and offerings to our potential as well as existing SMME clients at the Enterprise Development centre.
- Coordinate Diary:
- Coordinate meetings and scheduling appointments with SMMEs and potential investors or RBIDZ personnel.
- Ensuring relevant documentation is prepared and received prior to meetings.
- Organising refreshments for meetings.
- Take minutes during meetings and distribute approved minutes to all relevant stakeholders within the agreed time frame.
- Up-dating electronic diary.
- General Administration:

- Perform general administration aimed at offering support and aftercare to investors/ tenants.
- Enterprise development activities:
-
- Provides support and assistance to current and potential entrepreneurs.
- Attends exhibitions with other RBIDZ personnel to showcase opportunities and the brand RBIDZ to communities.
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Certificate in Entrepreneurship
- National Diploma in Small Business Management/Supply Chain Management (Advantageous)
