The Richards Bay Industrial Development Zone SOC Ltd (RBIDZ) is a purpose-built and secure industrial estate on the North-Eastern South African coast.
Requirements
Applicants must satisfy the following minimum entry criteria before applying (please note that failure to satisfy all the requirements will lead to your application not being considered):
- Unemployed, no relevant workplace experience needed.
- Must be between ages of 20 and 35.
- Must not have done any internship before
Qualifications (Education)
- National Diploma . Degree in Social Science / Development Studies / Economic Science / Business Management / Communications or equivalent.
- Driver’s Licence – Advantageous.
Specification
- The successful candidate will be provided with relevant workplace skills and experience in order to prepare for the job market. The development and training areas will include, but not limited to the below:
- Facilitation of economic transformation meetings.
- Assist with coordination and implementation of economic transformation programs.
- Assist in coordinating and gathering information of BBBEE Verification and Assessment.
- Assist with coordinating, implementation of Corporate Social Investment programs.
- Assist with development of economic transformation reporting tools.
- Offer support with monitoring of CSI programs.
