PwC South Africa invites unemployed graduates to apply for a 18-month Graduate Internship / Learnership Programme 2023 / 2024.

An opportunity exists for a TVET College graduate to join our Learning and Development team for a period of 18 months.
Responsibilities of Role:
Supporting all Firmwide L&D learning activities;-
- Scheduling of learning events (in-person, virtual and blended)
- Communicate with curriculum manager and business area representatives
- Resource reservations
- Catering
- Arrangements with canteen
- Prepare and hand vouchers to the facilitator on the day of training.
- L&D logistics (e.g. nametags, materials, attendance registers, lunch vouchers)
- Monitor attendance. Ensure that facilitators consolidated and confirmed attendance of each session
- Liaison with facilitators
- Target Audience analysis
- Ensure that facilitators consolidated and confirmed attendance of each session
- Monitoring of bookings and feedback
- Report on:
- Evaluations completed
- Facilitator feedback
- Evaluation of content
- Reconciliation of catering costs (per event) against receipts from supplier
- Attend meetings with business
Requirements:
- N6 from a Public TVET college in Human Resources
- Must be unemployed
- Must reside in Johannesburg
