Purpose:
To provide facilities coordination for the offices and to undertake resource administration planning for the company, including;-
- Facilities Administration
- Resource Planning, Leave Management
- General Administrative Support
Key Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate and administer employee travel process, accommodation, car hire
- Co-ordinate and administer THE COMPANY cell phone and data contracts, including monitoring and reporting on monthly usage
- Ensure office consumables are adequately stocked Procurement of THE COMPANY office consumables and stationery
- Engagement with THE COMPANY Bellevue Campus Facilities Manager
- Engagement with repairs and maintenance personnel
- Engagement with suppliers for additions of furniture/infrastructure to THE COMPANY Bellevue Campus
- Completion of Purchase and Payment Requestions
- Establish, agree, and monitor resource plan
- Identify, highlight, report and action conflicts on resource plan
- Report of resource plan KPI’s and outcomes
- Welcoming Visitors, handle switchboard
- Travel bookings made in accordance with THE COMPANY’s process and policy and accurate reporting of travel outcomes against budget
- Accurate monthly reporting on THE COMPANY data and mobile usage and costs
- Monitor and purchase office consumables and stationery as required
- Smooth operational working environment at the THE COMPANY Bellevue Campus
Minimum Requirements:
- An appropriate 3-year tertiary qualification (eg.;-
- BCom
- BA
- HR
- Business
- Information Science
- Communications
- At least 1-year experience in a professional environment
- Attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Time management and prioritization skills
- Problem-solving
- Multi-tasking and collaboration skills
- Professionalism
- Proficient in MS Office
- Resource planning system
