Premier FMCG invites unemployed graduates to apply for a 12-month Graduate / Internship Programme 2023 / 2024.

Graduates at Premier gain valuable in-service work experience, skills and knowledge that will assist them in furthering their careers. During our programme we expose our candidates to real work, taking place in our manufacturing environments as well supporting critical projects interdependent on all food science and quality assurance aspects of manufacturing. Our Graduates are provided with relevant training and mentoring, providing both formal and informal guidance.
We offer a range of exciting career opportunities for graduates in our CIP environment. Our graduates participate in a programme which runs over a period of 12 months.
During this time, you will work in our CIP Department, providing support to Production and Operational Developments, while at the same time, picking up soft skills such as facilitation, time management and teamwork.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering
Experience Requirements:
- Be familiar with MS Office programs, e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio
- Have fundamental skills in BOM, Recipe Management, SOP and Work Instruction
Job Specific Requirements:
- Graduated between 2020 and 2022
- Are willing to travel to other branches
