Duties and Responsibilities:

Source Quotations from third party suppliers.
Expedite deliveries and provide feedback to the internal clients.
Maintain filing for Procurement documents.
Perform administrative tasks.

Assist the Sourcing Specialist on daily activities.

Assist the Administrators on Procurement matters.

Maintain the supplier database to ensure vendor information is up to date.

Liaise with suppliers to collect BBBEE and Tax Clearance certificates.

Identify potential suppliers.

Ensure compliance to SCM procedures and policies.

Manage daily queries and escalate where necessary to the respective person in the team.

Coordinate the bulk ordering plans by the regions.

Effective communication and stakeholder relationship management

Accompany the team on supplier visits.

Distribute to the various regions all orders delivered at Head Office.

Perform Ad Hoc tasks as and when required.

Job Requirements:

3 years tertiary qualification in;1
- Finance,
- Procurement,
- Purchasing,
- Supply Chain Management,
- Business Management
- or other Business-related studies
Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office
Administrative and Communication skills
