Perishables Products Export Control Board (PPECB) invites applicants to apply for Graduate / Internship Programme 2022.
Location: Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa (Head Office)
Closing Date: 18 April 2022
Main Purpose:
To ensure accuracy in Admin tasks to assist with food safety audits and to supervise assist direct reports to ensure organizational compliance and client satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Database Management: FBO Registrations – To ensure data on system corresponds with DAFF database and clients’ registration information.
- General Administration: Audit Report File Preparation – Printing of Audit Reports and Filling.
- Data Capturing: Timesheet Capturing.
- Financial: Maintain Asset register.
- Logistics: Courier arrangement and stock ordering.
Requirements:
- Qualification in;-
- Food Technology
- Environmental Health / Management
- Occupational Health
- Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to be tactful and diplomatic
- Planning, organising and attention to detail skills
- Demonstrate interpersonal, intrapersonal and communication skills at all levels of an organisation
- Knowledge of FBO and food safety Audits .
- Proven skills on data capturing, filing and document control
