A 12-month internship program designed to provide recently qualified graduates with a unique opportunity to gain valuable skills in a supportive environment, learning on-the-job and in the classroom.
Duties and Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for;-
- File, organize and summarize legal and corporate documents;
- Create, update, and organize contract files (electronic and hard copy);
- Engage in detail-oriented data entry of historic contracts;
- Review, Draft and Negotiate Contracts;
- Drafting non-complex agreements.
- Review Competition Terms and Conditions.
- Manage database of templates;
- Work with internal and external customers related to contracts;
- Proper uploading signed agreement on our contract management system
- Provide general support and assistance to legal counsel;
- Draft letters as requested by the business.
- Assist in Compliance Training’s
- Ability to understand & interpret legal principles/ legislation applicable to the business.
- General legal advisory and support on various issues
- Tracking of external lawyers’ invoices & billing
Requirements:
You are a part of;-
- Legal function in META region based in South Africa.
- You will be collaboratively working with colleagues across Middle East, Turkey and Africa.
