Logistics Intern

Responsibilities:

To run SAP MRP (material requiremnets planning)
Create purchase orders for required material
Expedition of the open order book with suppliers
Manage risk stock, runout plans and stock aging
Manage stock movements in SAP and stock accurancy
Managing a team

Qualifications:

Logistics / Supply Chain Diploma
Ability to analyse data
Good communication and coordination skills

Production Intern

Responsibilities:

Monitored & adjusted gauges and instruments
Recorded changes in utilities & raw materials on log sheets
Operated a section of a process plant
Reported machinery and equipment faults
Ensured safety, health & hygiene

Qualifications:

Problem solving skills
Health and safety procedures
Raw material planning skills

Quality Intern

Responsibilities:

Sampled raw materials, packaging & finished products
Verified and maintained laboratory equipment
Prepared laboratory standards and reagents
Tested routine raw materials, packaging & finished products
Performed online QA/Qc checks
Conducted packaging integriry checks
Raised non-conformance and actioned results out of specification
Anlysed & computed data & recorded information
Applied laboratory hygiene & safety procedures
Participated in proficiency testing

Qualifications:

1.5 – 2 years relevant experience
Grade 12
National Diploma Food Technology
