Pepkor Holdings invites unemployed graduates to apply for a 12-month Graduate / Internship Programme 2024 / 2025.

Purpose of the Job:
As part of the program, CoE graduates will be exposed to SalesForce Marketing Cloud training and certification with an opportunity to become permanent when the training program comes to an end.
Job Description/Duties:
Duties will include but will not be limited to assisting the CoE department with:
- Participate in Salesforce training programs to build a solid foundation in CRM concepts and Salesforce technology.
- Assist in the configuration, customisation, and maintenance of Salesforce applications.
- Work closely with Salesforce administrators and developers to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic Salesforce-related issues.
- Learn and adapt to industry best practices in CRM and Salesforce.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in;-
- Information Systems
- Or other related fields.
- Strong interest in technology, especially CRM systems like Salesforce.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and learn quickly.
- High level of motivation and commitment to professional growth.
- No prior Salesforce experience required; this is an entry-level position.
