We are seeking a Graduate DevOps Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our continuous integration and delivery pipeline, and ensuring the reliability and scalability of our infrastructure. The Graduate DevOps Engineer will work closely with our development teams to ensure that our software is deployed quickly, securely, and with high availability.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with development teams to design and implement the continuous integration and delivery pipeline
- Build and maintain our infrastructure on cloud-based platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud
- Automate deployment and testing processes using tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, or Terraform
- Monitor and troubleshoot issues in the infrastructure, including performance, capacity, and security
- Ensure the availability and scalability of our infrastructure by implementing best practices such as autoscaling, load balancing, and disaster recovery
- Create and maintain documentation of the infrastructure and deployment processes
- Stay up-to-date with the latest DevOps tools, technologies, and trends
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in;-
- Computer Science,
- Engineering,
- Or a related field
- Experience with cloud-based infrastructure such as AWS or Google Cloud
- Knowledge of at least one programming language such as Python, Java, or JavaScript
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Understanding of networking and security principles
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Desired:
- Experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, or Terraform
- Knowledge of database administration and SQL
- Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies
- Passion for continuous learning and personal development
