The intention is to give practical work experience to graduates who are in their last year of study and require exposure in a work environment. Successful interns will be expected to complete a 12-month contract commencing January/February 2023 and terminating December/January 2023/4.

Data Analytics Intern

Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for;-
- Data input and analysis – perform collection, interpretation and recording of data in accordance with company’s guidelines and standards.
- Data integrity – perform data validation and storage of various project documents.
- Sort and organise the data; both hard copy and electronic versions.
- Assist staff in data entry when required.
- Provide data management updates in all internal and external meetings as required.
- Analyse data for quality improvement purposes.
- Prepare data for reporting, meeting, presentations and create reporting dashboards.
- Prepare and submit data required for audits.
- Training and needs analysis – train users on an ongoing basis.
- Staying abreast of new Salesforce releases and functionality.
- Setting up of new users.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Data Science and other related fields
Skills and Attributes:
- Analytical skills
- Problem solving
- Attention to details
- Knowledge of Salesforce and other technologies an added advantage
- Excel and other data analysis tools
Inbound Sales Intern

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Desktop research on accounts and prospects
- Direct communication to key role players (bookshops/lecturers)
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Qualify sales opportunities pre-sales
- Service and close opportunities in identified remote markets
- Workshop logistics and coordination
- Product to market coordination
- Data input and quality control (Salesforce)
Requirements:
- Relevant Degree in Marketing / Sales
- Customer Service experience
- Digital experience
- Good english writing and communication skills
- South african citizen
- Access to reliable transport
- Willingness to travel
UX Designer Internship

Principal Accountabilities:
- Principles of UX design applied to all designs
- Designs show brand and series development that fits the audience/market
- Designs are in-line with current developments and trends in graphic design
- Develop assets that are in-line with current technology developments and trends.
- When required, develop detailed wireframes, user flows, mockups and other product deliverables to effectively communicate designs and product requirements.
- Efficient planning and scheduling of work.
- Projects are delivered on time and budget.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Relevant Degree/Diploma in UX Design
