This job code is utilized for the majority of our temporary hires. The individual is performing hourly job duties as defined under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
Purpose of the Role:
- Understand Banking-IT eco-system
- Resolve FLEXCUBE system issues
- Contribute in the implementation of all Flexcube modules, fixes.
- Rationalize/Standardize FLEXCUBE product behavior across countries to ensure that all countries are operating off the same soft base
- Work with project team on interfaces into FLEXCUBE
Qualifications:
- B.Com IT, Informatics or an Engineering (Civil, Electrical.etc.)
Skills / Ability / Knowledge:
- Well-spoken and with advanced presentation skills;
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Self-motivated and Driven;
- Technical Operation or Development exposure would be advantageous (technical roles)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
