Novus Print Montague Gardens is seeking to appoint a Finance Intern to assist the Financial Accountant with the day-to-day running of the Finance department. This opportunity is ideal for a student studying towards a qualification and requires in service training/work exposure for a period of 12 months to obtain their National Diploma or Qualification.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- To assist the Finance Department with the day-to-day functions
- Customer invoicing, credit and debit note entries
- Resolve billing errors to ensure accurate costing and invoicing
- Ensure that charges are verified to a valid quotation and support documentation
- Assist with monthly management reporting
- Resolution of queries
- Ad hoc requests when required
Educational Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Studying towards a 3-year Degree or Diploma in Finance/Accounting
- Final year student that requires practical exposure for a period of 12 Months in a financial enviroment to obtain a Diploma/Qualification
Experience Requirements:
- Previous experience in a financial environment will be advantageous
