National Nuclear Regulator invites unemployed graduates to apply for a 12-month Occupational Health Safety and Facilities Graduate / Internship Programme 2023 / 2024.

Job Type: Graduate Internship
Salary: R60 000.00 – R150 000.00 annual stipend
Location: Centurion, Gauteng, South Africa
Closing Date: 23 May 2023

Minimum Requirements:
- NQF Level 6 in;-
- Safety Management
- Built Environment
- Facilities Management
- No work experience, graduates in search of internship to gain experience
Skills Development and Training Focus Areas:
- Implementing OHS management plan
- Implementing Facilities management plan
- Administering claims for compensation with regard to injuries on duty and occupational diseases.
- Compliance with the building legislation
- Compliance with OHS Act and Regulations
- Reporting accidents to the Department of Labour
- Compliance with Service Level Agreements on all contractors.
- Medical Surveillance Programme
- Attending specification and evaluation committee meetings
- Submitting quotations using e-workflow
- Submitting requests for Purchase Orders and invoices for approval to Finance for payments
Required Competencies:
- Pro-active
- Interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Able to work under pressure
