Nkhesebo Solutions invites graduates for the position of Graduate Quantity Surveyor
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Completing fieldwork or visiting different work sites when required.
- Assisting in understanding clients’ requirements.
- Assisting in preparing monthly management reports.
- Understanding and applying health and safety regulations.
- Estimating quantities, costs and time scales for material and labour
- Assisting in arranging payments for completed work.
- Preparing tender and contract documents.
- Writing reports.
- On site measurements
Desired Qualifications & Related Experience:
- A Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying
Requirements:
- Previous work experience is not necessary.
- A valid driver’s license is an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent research abilities and a willingness to grow.
- A positive attitude and a growth mindset.
