- Loading Job adverts
- Screening CVs
- Coordinating the interview process
- Onboarding for new employees
- Performance evaluations
- Administration & Reports
- Assist with general Payroll function
- Assist with all DocuSign related process
- Medical Aid/ Pension/ Provident fund submissions
- Issue access cards
- Order & cancel fuel cards
- Ensure filing is done & accurate
- Order stationery
- Assist in general ad-hoc requirements (UIF, IRP5, etc)
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resources Management/ related field
- Be a South African citizen
- Computer literate
