We are seeking an independent full stack developer with the necessary qualification and skills to join our team. We’re looking for a self-driven individual who is willing to go above and beyond. The position is for an internship, should you be successful a full-time position is ready for you in Waterfall, Gauteng.
Job Description:
Full stack developer who can programme, build or create websites using Hypertext Markup Language (HTML). Developer must be able to use their skills to create text, paragraphs, attach images, give structure and make web pages presentable and appealing. This candidate will also be responsible for developing and managing all e-mail campaigns. You will be working with the marketing and IT departments to constantly update and maintain our site and our database. In addition, you will also work on new platforms, integrations and new software applications.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Using images provided to create and style webpages and/or e-mail campaigns
- Ensuring the maintenance of our databases
- Pulling the correct email bases as and when required
- Converting images provided into buttons and banners, using HTML image maps or other.
- Creating competition pages from jpegs provided
- Pulling reports on SQL
- Maintaining the website
- Maintaining back office systems
- Working on the server to modify website components
- Creating and modifying stored procedures
- Working closely with multiply developers on certain tasks
Requirements (in order of importance):
- Any e-mail management platform experience
- HTML/HTML 5 essential
- Microsoft Office essential
- SQL language advantageous
- CSS/CSS3.
- JavaScript (basic knowledge).
- Classic ASP or ASP.net (basic knowledge).
- PHP advantageous.
- JQuery advantageous
- Photoshop or similar
- SalesForce advantageous
