Necsa Group, through Human Capital Development (HCD), is contributing toward skills development by offering a twelve (12) months funded Work Integrated Learning Programme.
Requirements:
- Be Unemployed South African citizens
- Be between the ages of 18 and 30 years old
- Be in possession of relevant tertiary qualification in the field specified below

Credit Control WIL
Qualifications:
- Accounting Diploma or Qualification in Credit Control Management
Financial Accounting WIL
Qualifications: Diploma in;-
- Supply Chain
- Procurement
- Logistics
- Inventory Management
Human Resource Development WIL
Qualifications:
- ETD Diploma / Degree or equivalent in: Human Resource Development
HRA WIL
Qualifications:
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management
Office Administration WIL
Qualifications:
- A diploma in Office Administration
Firefighter WIL
Qualifications:
- Firefighter 1 Hazmat Awareness
- BAA (Registered by the HPCSA)
- Code 10 Drivers Licence with PDP
- Candidates must be physically fit (Must undergo a physical fitness test)
Industrial Physics WIL
Qualifications:
- Industrial Physics Diploma
- Experience in Laboratory will add an advantage
Information Technology WIL
Qualifications:
- Diploma / Degree in Information Technology
Chemical Engineering WIL
Qualifications:
- Diploma / Degree in Chemical Engineering
Mechanical Engineering WIL
