ABOUT:
Necsa Learning Academy (NLA), through Human Capital Development (HCD), is contributing towards skills development by offering a twelve (12) months’ CHIETA funded Work Integrated Learning Programme.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Unemployed South African citizens graduates between the age of 18 and 35
- In possession of relevant tertiary qualification in the field specified below.
POSTS, NUMBER OF INTERNS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Credit Control WIL (x2)
Diploma in Accounting or Qualification in Credit Control Management
2. Financial Accounting WIL (x2)
National Diploma in Finance/ BCom with Accounting
3. Occupational Hygiene Internship (x1)
BSc Degree in Environmental Health/ Human Physiology (NQF7) from an Approved Tertiary institution.
SAIOH Registration as Occupational hygiene assistant (ROHA)
4. HR WIL (X1)
HRM Diploma / Degree or equivalent in HRM
5. Risk Management Internship (x1)
Diploma in Risk Management or Degree
6. HRD WIL (x2)
ETD Diploma / Degree or equivalent in HRD
7. HRA WIL (x1)
HRM Diploma / Degree or equivalent in HRM
