Role Purpose:
Execute various L&D administrative processes and support the team in delivering consistent service that empowers the business to achieve its strategic objectives.
Requirements:
- National Senior Certificate (Matric/Grade 12)
- 3 year HR Diploma
- Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- 6 months experience (advantage)
- Must be unemployed, South African citizens
- Aged between 18 and 35
- Previously disadvantaged candidates
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Enrol learners for online tests
- Creating Monthly Learner Classes on LMS
- Bulk enrolment on LMS
- Check whether Financial Advisers wrote a test and if he/she passed
- Capture results on LMS
- Verifying mandates for Intermediary service team
- Transfer or reinstatement of mandates
- Update of Regulatory results
- Compile Mandate Report
- Compile FICA Report
- Compile POPIA/Clean Desk
