- Grade 12
- Proof of completion of N6 Qualification in Management Assistant
- Computer literacy essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Friendly disposition and sound interpersonal skills with the ability to handle conflict situations
- Ability to work in a team
- Attention to detail
- Prioritisation and multitasking skills
- Methodical
- Flexible, well organized and ability to cope under pressure
Key Outputs:
- Provide administrative support to the nursing management team
- Assist with general clerical / secretarial work
- Perform any other functions as required
- Data capturing
- Compilation of data into reports
- Perform administrative duties, answering telephone calls, minute taking, filing, data capturing, etc
- Diary and email management
- Time and attendance management
- Preparing, attending and scheduling meetings
- Internal and external stakeholder liaison
- Monthly and weekly reporting as required
- Adhere to company policy and procedures
