Requirements:

Should be a South African Citizen
Must be able to demonstrate that you have graduated and/or completed your degree and/or diploma
Must achieve a combined aggregate of 65% or higher
Should not have previously partaken OR currently be part of an Internship or Graduate programme.
Able to communicate effectively within all levels of the organisation.
Good Computer literacy – Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Package.
Willingness to relocate throughout program.
Curious mindset seeking a rewarding Career.
Graduates will be required to be based at the site where the specific vacancy is advertised for the duration of the Graduate Development programme. These include Delmas – Mpumalanga, Springs – Gauteng, Rosebank – Gauteng

Qualifications:

Suitable applicants must have one of the following qualifications;-

BSc Food Science or BTech Food Science & Technology
BSc Agronomy (Honours)
BEng Mechanical Engineering/ BTech Mechanical Engineering
BEng Electrical Engineering / BTech Electrical Engineering
BEng or BSc Industrial Engineering
BComm Supply Chain & Operations
National Diploma in Safety Management
BComm Industrial Psychology/ Human Resources
B Degree Communications/ Public Relations/ Sustainability
