Admin Data Capturer Intern
Location: Sedibeng District & Fourways (Witkoppen) – Gauteng
Job Description
The person in this position will be responsible for entering specific data into the database. You will be responsible for managing data and keeping it organized. Your main goal will be to keep data in order so that it is easily accessible at any time.
Specific Role Responsibilities:
- Type in data quickly and efficiently.
- Review data for deficiencies or errors.
- Create spreadsheets to track important customer information and orders.
- Transfer data from hard copy to a digital database.
- Organise existing data in a spreadsheet.
- Verity outdated data and make any necessary changes to records.
- Operate common office equipment, like scanners and printers.
- Search for and investigate information contained in files.
- Perform regular database backups to secure data.
- Provide occasional administrative support.
Qualifications:
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- Tertiary qualification will be an added advantage.
Child Youth Care Intern
Location: Gauteng
Job Description
To provide neat, clean, and attractive buildings and facilities, to provide a caring, predictable, consistent and structured environment for children, to meet children’s needs – physical, emotional, social, spiritual and educational. Help supervise and mentor kids, overseeing their participation in group activities and encourage them to complete day-to-day tasks.
Specific Role Responsibilities:
- Help supervise the youth in care.
- Act as a mentor and set a positive example.
- Oversee and encourage resident participation in group activities.
- Encourage completion of daily chores and personal hygiene tasks.
- Provide one-on-one supervision or support as needed.
- Document patient progress, immediately reporting any extreme changes in behavior.
- Report any incidents that may affect the safety of a resident.

Specific Role Responsibilities:
- Support marketing campaign planning and execution.
- Write copy for social media posts, promotional emails, and other marketing collateral.
- Assist in the creation of written, video, and image content for marketing channels.

Assist pharmacists by performing all clerical duties necessary to ensure that a pharmacy is running efficiently. Answer telephone calls, manage the cash register, restock shelves with medication and other pharmaceutical supplies. Be able to direct patients medication related questions to the pharmacist.
Specific Role Responsibilities:
- Taking inventory of all medication and pharmaceutical supplies.
- Processing sales transactions for medications and other pharmaceutical supplies.
- Directing all questions relating to prescriptions, health matters, or medications to the pharmacist.
- Answering all incoming telephone calls in a professional manner.
- Restocking shelves with medications and other pharmaceutical supplies.
- Accurately typing and printing out prescription labels.
- Attending to emails and fax messages.

Human Resources Internship
Location: Parktown
Job Description
We are looking for a competent Human Resource Intern to join our dynamic team and must be between the ages of 18 to 30 years. The role is physically located in Parktown, Gauteng and you will be reporting to the HR Supervisor.
Specific Role Responsibilities:
- Files documents and answer client and employee inquiries
- Schedules interviews and confirms applicant availability.
- Gather and organize job applications.
- Writes employee communications and correspondence about updates in HR policies.
- Assists in checking overall compliance with labor codes and applicable local and state laws.
- Participates and assists in career days and company social and networking events.
- Performs ad hoc tasks as required.
- Attending hearing.
- Scheduling of HR meetings.
Qualifications: N6 or National Diploma in;-

Requirements and Skills:
- Grade 12 (Matric).

- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Good facilitation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
