We specialise in liquid, secured financing, while also considering private equity and special situations.
As a Financial Analyst Intern you will be working in a diverse, dynamic and international team that offers great development opportunities within the network of Mason and other consulting companies.
Job Description:
- Analysis of business plans, growth possibilities and financials of new deals
- Active participation in financial analysis and financial modelling
- Competitive analysis and market research on companies, sectors and opportunities
- Presentation building with guidance
- Assist in summarising investment opportunities for partner committee review
Qualifications:
- Recent Bachelor’s graduate or Master’s graduate or current student with focus in;-
- Finance,
- Economics and
- Other business disciplines preferred
- Preference will be given to MBA candidates
- Strong analytical and structured thinking skills as well as hands-on mentality
- Motivated and willing to learn quickly
- The usage of relevant systems and common MS-Office programs, specifically Excel, do not pose a challenge
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
This role is fully remote working directly with the Managing Partner as well as other partners. The successful candidate will gain experience in investments and business creation opportunities in South Africa, UK, US and Europe.
