Managed People Solutions is in search of a Commercial Coordinator for a large Liquor Company based in Johannesburg, Gauteng.
Job Summary:
The Commercial Coordinators responsibility is to proactively support and assist the commercial team in the coordination and to undertake a variety of administration and clerical tasks in an organised timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance to SALT in ad hoc tasks as required.
- Take meeting minutes and distribute to necessary role players accurately and timeously as required
- Collating reps monthly reports for On trade and off trade 3rd party
- Preparing and submitting purchase orders and GRN of items. Follow up on payments.
- Compile monthly report Opposition, Activation, POS, A&P
- Prepare presentation documents and reports as per line manager
Communicate, collate and compile sales and brand sales activities to team as required. - Manage and update team calendar, arrange travel, accommodation, catering, car hire as required. This includes visits from above market.
- Prepare the Cycle and feedback report.
- Prepare and submit all submissions for the quarterly newsletter
- Manage all logistic arrangements and POS movements
- Compile and process upliftment’s and returns
- Create and maintain a sound and solid records management process.
- Monitor customer allocations and G&E within team.
- Compile the MSR register and tracker
- Manage Mobility – Vehicle checklist, fuel usage, kilometres
- Compiling channel and category, micro and macro economic insights
- On trade business plan contract monitoring and A&P tracking, POP management
- Follow up on POS delivery and completion and communication of DI lists to staff and 3rd party
- CM A&P tracker
- On Trade activity SONA implementation
