In order to support the growth of our company, we are looking for a Business Performance Intern based in Johannesburg.
Main Responsibilities:
Tasks:
- To support business performance with the creation of reports accurately and timely.
- Create weekly reports for the market team, supply chain, and store teams on various topics.
- Alert the market, supply chain, and store teams on areas that require attention.
- To follow up on actions and alerts by the market team, supply chain, and store teams.
- All Ad hoc queries and requests must be completed within the deadlines agreed upon.
- Investigate Adhoc operational issues.
- Ensure accuracy of data.
Development:
- Take responsibility to understand store and market department processes.
- Take responsibility to learn company systems.
- Take responsibility in self-development.
- Ensure that all tasks are performed and delivered within required timelines.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bcom Degree in Financial Accounting or similar
- Computer literate
- Numerical skills
- Oral and written communication skills
