Intern (Legal Services and Support

Location: West Rand, Gauteng, South Africa
Closing Date: 01 January 2023
Duties and Responsibilities:
You will be expected to, among others;-
- Render legal support and service to our members through efficient progress reporting.
- Attend to files providing consistent feedback and resolution.
- Drafting correspondence
- Perusing and attending incoming correspondence
- Updating electronic files frequently and in-line with Company Standard
Requirements:
- A Completed LLB, BA Law, BProc Degree.
- You must be computer literate and technologically savvy.
- You must be able to speak English fluently and the ability to speak one other official South African language would be to your advantage.
- You must have the ability to build rapport with individuals and work in a team.
Intern: Human Resources
Ref LW204/2022
Location: Constantia Kloof, Gauteng, South Africa
Closing Date: 01 January 2022
Duties and Responsibilities:
You will be expected to, among others;-
- Handling of the entire recruitment process, i.e., advertising, shortlisting, interviews, background checks, offer handling and onboarding.
- Handling of all administrative matters for staff inclusive of benefit changes, cancellations, etc, in respect of all benefits being medical aid, pension, disability, and group life cover.
- Processing of authorised staff movement together with the changes it brings along i.e., benefit cancellations,transfers,certificates of services, etc.
Providing assistance and support with any ad-hoc HC projects that take place during the Programme. - Attending to the drafting of any relevant HR notices as per the request of the HRBP.
Requirements:
- A Completed Human Resource Degree.
- A Completed Honours Degree.
- You must be computer literate and technologically savvy.
- You must be able to speak English fluently and the ability to speak one other official South African language would be to your advantage.
- You must have the ability to build rapport with individuals and work in a team.
Claims Intern
Ref LW209/2022
Location: Johannesburg Region, Gauteng, South Africa
Closing Date: 11 January 2023
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Rendering general legal claims advice and assistance to Branches.
- Assessing claims and administering claims files (discharging Company policy obligations in accordance with service levels).
- Ensuring effective assessments of confirmation of cover repudiation and payment requests.
- Communicating effectively as well as providing feedback when dealing with both clients and attorneys.
- General Administration duties, e.g. diarising of files, drafting correspondence, perusing incoming correspondence, processing of accounts timeously and data capturing.
- Assisting with ad hoc tasks as and when required.
Requirements:
- A Completed LLB, BCom Law, BA Law.
- You must be computer literate and technologically savvy.
