Lazar Pty Ltd – based in Blackheath, Cape Town seeks a Project Management Intern.
The Project Administrator will manage schedules, arranges assignments, prepares action plans, analyses risks/opportunities, gathers necessary resources, and communicates progress to team members. The goal is ensuring the projects of LAZAR PTY LTD are completed within the restraints of time, quality, and budget.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Various administrative tasks ie: capturing, scanning, reporting, filing of documentation, task tracking
- Scheduling of meetings as requested
- Adhoc project-related admin amongst others
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification (Diploma / Degree) – Preferred Project Management
- Drivers Licence
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent working knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Must be well organised
- Must be detail-oriented, professional attitude and reliable
- Possess strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
