Join Lactalis at our Bonnievale Plant in the HO Human Capital Development department Earn as you learn on an operational dairy plant, in this brand new 18-month training initiative, which will equip you with all the tools to excel, practically, theoretically and professionally. Candidate must be fluent in English and be computer literate.
Requirements:
- BCom / BTech Cost Management Accounting or equivalent
- Between the age of 21 – 25 years
- Valid Driver’s license
- Be prepared to complete practical training (work experience) during the training period
- Be prepared to relocate to Bonnievale
- Must be medically fit
- Willing to work long hours, shifts, weekends and public holidays
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with Stock Control function in different departments regarding raw material, packaging and ingredients
- Compile Monthly industrial reporting book to understand results and drive performance in the different business units
- Involved in yearly budget process
- Involved in CAPEX project in terms calculating return on investment
