We are recruiting an Intern: Administrator to join our team, on a limited duration contract of 12 Months. Working in our Industrial Service business division, this role will be responsible to execute and support the inspections, repairs, modernizations and installation on cranes and related components and equipment; except for those requiring compliance inspection by an accredited person.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
As Intern Administrator, key roles and responsibilities will include;-
- Order Placementvof relevant componets
- Tracking and Expediting of orders
- Basic Project Management
Qualifications:
- Require a BA Administration Degree or National Diploma
Skills & Knowledge:
- Knowledge of office administration principles required
- Must have well-developed data entry skills including speed, accuracy, and experience
- Must have professional telephone skills, good interpersonal skills and multi-tasking and prioritizing abilities
- Proficiency with MS Office applications e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
