The Supply Chain Graduate is responsible to ensure cross functional co-ordination and collaboration of internal stakeholders i.e. commercial and supply chain teams to ensure superior customer service. The role will provide the incumbent with a complete understanding of Kerry’s Supply Chain function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run the supply excellence reports and supply excellence meeting daily
- Communicate and collaborate with Customer Care, Supply Chain Planning, Material Call-off, Transport Planning, Warehouse and KAM’s on current orders and status
- Run weekly OTIF meetings, collaborate with internal teams on reasons for failures and assign failure codes on the system daily
- Prepare OTIF reports for KAMs, Demand Planners, Customer Care and Site Management per customer from EPM when required
- Raise STO’s between SA sites
- Provide support on Supply Excellence Continuous Improvement initiatives and projects
Qualifications, Skills And Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management with 0-1 year of work experience
- MS Office – Excel Intermediate, Word, Powerpoint
- SAP system exposure will be advantageous
- Presentation skills
