Data Graduate
The Data Platforms team within IQbusiness is a well-formed collaborative space, that focusses on the end to end Data value chain. Graduates interested in this area will need to be passionate about wanting to explore Data as a whole, either from a Technology, Insights, Analytics or Data Enablement perspective. Our Data Consultants, focus on best practice, best suited tooling, governance and management of data and look and new and more innovative ways of delivering best solutions to our clients.
Career areas to consider within the IQbusiness Data Platforms team:
- Data Engineering (Integration, Migration, Business Intelligence)
- Azure Data Solutions (Solution Development and Migration)
- Business Applications (D365, Power Platform implementations)
- Data Enablement (Data Governance, Data Management and Analysis)
- Advanced Analytics (Machine Learning, Modelling, Insights, CVM)
Minimum Requirements
- Completed Matric
- Completed or final year Diploma/Degree in Technology, Finance, Stats and Maths, Business
- Interest in developing skills in one of the above mentioned Career areas
- Must want to be a consultant and engage on various projects and with various clients
- Interested in implementing solutions and being hands on in the implementation
- Ability to travel locally and cross boarder for IQbusiness client projects
- Be comfortable with a hybrid working model
Supply Chain Graduate
As a management consultant, you’ll be responsible for analyzing complex business problems, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing practical solutions that meet the unique needs of each client. With your expertise in logistics and supply chain management, you’ll be able to deliver value to clients in even the toughest environments.
Qualifications:
- Completed Matric
- Completed an undergraduate Tertiary Qualification in one of the following study fields;-
- Supply Chain Management
- Logistics Management
- Transportation Management/Transport Economics

Finance Graduate
The Financial Consulting environment at IQbusiness looks to assist businesses with any finance or accounting related projects. This ranges across technical and strategic based engagements and would require delivery across the financial function while maintaining and enhancing core business relationships within the client environment.

- Financial Consultant

- ACCA
Minimum Requirements:
- Completed Matric
- Completed or final year Finance or Accounting Degree
- CIMA or ACCA track would be advantageous

Management Consultant Graduate

Software Developer Graduate
Our 12-month internship programme is designed to allow graduates who are passionate about software development to hone their abilities and garner valuable experience, by exposing them to the workplace and letting them work on a variety of projects.

The successful candidates will be able to build high-quality, innovative, and fully performing software in compliance with best practice coding standards, current technology stack and technical design.

Minimum Requirements:
- Completed Matric
- Relevant qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science OR MCDP
- Preferably BSc Degree in Computer Science from a Recognised University
- Ability to adhere to coding Standards
- Knowledge of industry coding standards / guidelines
- Have a Drivers’ License and a willingness to travel
UX (UI) Graduate
Our programme is designed to allow passionate and enthusiastic graduates the opportunity to hone their abilities engaging on and solving customer centered problems by following the process of User experience design (UX) and User Interface design (UI).Successful graduates will explore, define, ideate and transform ideas and experiences to better suite our client environments and their customer needs.
Graduates will take part invarious forms of consulting trainingand garner valuable experience, by exposing them to the workplace, through internal and external project engagements. Through our program you will be supported in your growth and learning by engaging in practical experience, tool and technology exposure and current forms of educational training.
Minimum Requirements:
- Completed Matric
- Completed or final year in Information or Interaction Design, Psychology, Research, Visual Arts, Multi-Media Degree/Diploma, Marketing
- A desire to understand and explore the customer relationship andexperience, design, useability and functionality
- Ability to travel locally betweenIQbusinessand our clients, if required
