Data Graduate
The Data Platforms team within IQbusiness is a well-formed collaborative space, that focusses on the end to end Data value chain. Graduates interested in this area will need to be passionate about wanting to explore Data as a whole, either from a Technology, Insights, Analytics or Data Enablement perspective. Our Data Consultants, focus on best practice, best suited tooling, governance and management of data and look and new and more innovative ways of delivering best solutions to our clients.
Career areas to consider within the IQbusiness Data Platforms team:
- Data Engineering (Integration, Migration, Business Intelligence)
- Azure Data Solutions (Solution Development and Migration)
- Business Applications (D365, Power Platform implementations)
- Data Enablement (Data Governance, Data Management and Analysis)
- Advanced Analytics (Machine Learning, Modelling, Insights, CVM)
Minimum Requirements
- Completed Matric
- Completed or final year Diploma/Degree in Technology, Finance, Stats and Maths, Business
- Interest in developing skills in one of the above mentioned Career areas
- Must want to be a consultant and engage on various projects and with various clients
- Interested in implementing solutions and being hands on in the implementation
- Ability to travel locally and cross boarder for IQbusiness client projects
- Be comfortable with a hybrid working model
Change Management Graduate
The Change environment focuses on assisting organisations with meeting their business objectives. By overseeing the OD and Change landscape, we focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles, and organisational structures. By working with various levels of stakeholder, we drive faster adoption, greater utilization, and higher proficiency around changes impacting employees, to keep business disruption to a minimum.

This ranges across technical and strategic based engagements and would require delivery across the financial function while maintaining and enhancing core business relationships within the client environment.

Quantitative Advisory Graduate
Our programme is designed to allow enthusiastic graduates with a passion for quantitative analytics, the opportunity to hone their strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Successful graduates will be able to share insights through analytics and build and develop various predictive models to help inform certain behaviours.
Learning with occur through various forms of consulting training and exposure to projects both internal and external engagements. Through our program you will be supported in your growth and learning by engaging in practical experience, tool and technology exposure and current forms of educational training.
Minimum Requirements:
- Completed Matric
- Must hold or be in final year Actuarial Science, Data Science, Mathematics or Statistics, Applied and Computational Mathematics, Advanced Analytics, Pure Mathematics Degree
- Transcripts over the last 3 years to be loaded on application
- Experience in Excel or other statistical or data related tooling
- Passion for numbers and how they inform current and future business
- Ability to travel locally between IQbusiness and our clients, if required
Risk Graduate

Minimum Requirements:
- Completed Matric
- Relevant qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science OR MCDP
- Preferably BSc Degree in Computer Science from a Recognised University
